Kids are really important to us. We want our kids to grow up having loved going to church. But ultimately, we want our kids to grow up choosing to love and follow Jesus with their lives. That’s why we work really hard to create awesome experiences in Kidland each week. We feel incredibly privileged to have the opportunity each and every week to help shape and influence the next generation for Christ!
Each week, we focus on a story of the Bible and provide worship songs, crafts, and activities based on that story. We also work on memorizing scripture and spend time discussing what our story of the week teaches us about Jesus and what that means for us.
Kids Church is divided into three age groups. We have our Guppies ages 0-5 who meet right from 10:30 for age appropriate songs, stories, crafts, and play time. Our older kids, Goldfish (Grades 1 – 2) and Swordfish (Grades 3-5) go into the main service with their parents for worship. They are then dismissed before the sermon. All the kids are together for a time of teaching then break into their groups. The older kids, our Swordfish, have a time of more in-depth discussion while the Goldfish enjoy a craft or activity that reinforces the story they learned that day.
Upon arrival please sign your kids in at the welcome desk (the first table you see coming in). If your child is 0-5 yrs old, they can go straight to their class at the start of the service. If your child is Grade 1 or older, bring them with you to the main auditorium where they can worship with you for the first part of the service – this is a great time for you as parents to teach your children how to worship!
Upon the kids dismissal, the kids will line up with a leader and follow them to their designated room. At the end of service, they can be picked up and signed out from where they are gathering.

We would like to make sure that all of your child’s information is on file and up to date so that we can provide the best care possible. We would also like to have your permission to contact you and keep you up to date with news and upcoming events in Kids Church.
