God is the ultimate missionary. He comes after us when we walk away, pursues us when we’ve given up, and loves us when we believe we are unlovable. He comes down to our level and invites us in, even though we don’t deserve it. It's His mission to “seek and save the lost” (Luke 19:10).

Giving is not supposed to be a chore or an obligation; it’s supposed to be a joy. And yet so many of us give out a sense of duty and obligation, and not out of a place of joy. So how can we discover (or rediscover) the joy of giving? How can we become people who give cheerfully, and not out a sense of obligation?
